Bench Stock & Depot Supply Replenishment
S&K excels in forecasting, purchasing, and delivering essential bench stock items, ensuring a continuous flow of materials to bin locations throughout the Kingdom. We also purchase and stock common items required for depot supply, delivering them to the RSAF Depot Supply facility at Khamis Mushayt Air Force Base (KAAB) to meet all requisition needs.
Proactive Supply Chain Management
Using advanced Management Information Systems (MIS) and Quantum Services, we maintain, monitor, and analyze historical data to identify trends and proactively anticipate potential surge requirements. This allows us to make timely recommendations to our customers, ensuring that they are always prepared.
Spot Buys & Source of Supply Identification
In addition to managing standard inventory, S&K efficiently handles spot buys for items not originally listed in the customer’s catalog. Upon identifying these requirements or receiving a customer request, we prioritize, validate, and research each need using all available databases to determine availability and identify qualified Sources of Supply (SOS).
Logistics & Personnel Management
S&K also oversees logistics support personnel both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and In-Kingdom. Our ability to adapt swiftly during the challenging transition of this contract—managing unfamiliar warehouse spaces, ramping up inventory, and rapidly procuring and shipping products to the Kingdom—demonstrates our commitment to excellence.
