Performed the new, ground up design and vertical construction of an 20,000 square foot Class A Office and Warehouse facility in Marana, Arizona, which houses International Towers, LLC primary operations. The construction included working with the local municipality for the approvals in adding bonded public infrastructure including access roads and a water main to the facility.
This facility includes a state-of -the art Command and Control Operations Center that controls two surveillance towers used to test new sensor technology for government use. It also has a warehouse/supply support facility from which all of ITL’s sustainment support programs for various government agencies is based. This design-build effort entailed the installation of a new HVAC, roof, interior build-out and the installation of life-safety/fire protection infrastructure.
